A chartered psychologist, associate fellow of the British Psychological Society, and a registered Counselling Psychologist with the HCPC since its inception, I have experience within the NHS and as a national clinical manager with AXAPPP. I have twenty years' experience and have enjoyed working both face to face and online. I work with adults, including those with neurodiversity, who are seeking support to address a range of presentations including depression, anxiety-conditions including, generalized anxiety disorder, OCD, health anxiety, social anxiety, phobias, trauma and a range of other presentations.
Andrew uses an integrative approach to therapy, drawing on a range of models to suit each individual’s needs including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), adapted CBT, trauma-focused CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and EMDR. This provides flexibility to work in a way that best suits each person’s needs.
Face to face clinics are located in Salisbury, Romsey and Poole with flexible appointment schedules and late nights on weekdays.
