My aim is to help reduce the power of whatever is holding you back and support greater self acceptance and understanding both of yourself, the people in your life and the world around you. My style is informal, honest, and compassionate, creating a safe space for exploration and growth. Through open and authentic dialogue, we will build a strong therapeutic relationship that supports meaningful change.
Our relationship is central to the work. I won’t tell you what to do, but I may offer resources when appropriate. You will lead the pace, direction, and focus, while I'll accompany you and gently guide the process.
Having a therapeutic background working in the charity and educational sectors I have worked with people of all ages, cultures, genders, sexualities and faiths. I can offer an accepting, none-judgemental, confidential space to facilitate exploration and healing. I understand the impact of minority stress and used to working with shame, guilt and addictions.
Struggling to accept certain parts of yourself? Unsure whether you have the confidence to ask for what you truly want and need in your relationships or maybe you’re caught in a cycle of self-doubt and those familiar, persistent negative voices? Reach out, I'll be pleased to help you navigate a way forward towards a brighter and happier future.
