I provide free, initial, one to one consultations, resources, clinical supervision and an online therapeutic group. There is no waiting list, no contracts and no minimum or maximum, number of sessions. You choose where we meet. In my Stirling office, outdoors at Kings Park, Stirling or online.
I specialise in helping by example. Beginning as a show and tell. We then try out new ways of being together. Providing you with the skills, experience, and confidence to decide between different ways of living.

Groups
Safer space
Participating in an online group can be therapeutic but it can also feel risky. A professionally facilitated group can help you take the first step to routinely accessing the help of others. Safer Space is one such group. It's a sixty minute, donation based, open, online group. It happens every Thursday at 6.30pm. The minimum donation is a pound.
