I offer a free 30min consultation so that you can experience this personally and decide for yourself. If you like learning through (1) understanding the science and (2) stories and analogies then this is the therapy for you.

I’m trained in both CBT and EMDR therapies. I have treated over 1000 clients in PTSD, Anxiety, GAD, OCD, Depression, Health Anxiety, Social Anxiety, Panic, Stress (to name a few)
