I am a highly experienced psychotherapist registered with the UKCP and BACP. I work in Paddington and Mayfair in London, as well as online. I offer an empathetic presence as a therapist, and will work with you and your issues according to your specific needs.
I increasingly incorporate EMDR (and AF-EMDR) into my work, supporting clients to process deep-seated emotional injury – including traumas, and, any type of negative mindset issues.

I offer long-term psychotherapy to support deep inner change, short-term counselling to help you cope with specific issues, couples counselling to support growth for couples, and EMDR therapy (and Attachment Focussed EMDR) to deal with trauma, including early-life trauma.
My role is to support you to explore the inner obstacles preventing progress, and to enable you to relate to yourself and other people in a more open way. The therapy process will broaden and deepen your life experience, providing you with a stronger inner foundation from which to face ongoing challenges.
