I am a Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapist working from locations in Central and South Bath, and online.
Psychotherapy and counselling is a co-created experience which helps to expand your capacity for reflective self-awareness. I work by helping you find new ways of organising your relationships and more generally how you are in the world. By exploring and coming to a deeper understanding of your inner and outer experience, psychotherapy offers the possibility of significant change, fostering a wider, more enriched and more flexible approach to life.
My professional interests include, but are not limited to, themes such as unresolved early childhood experience, anxiety, depression, Autistic Spectrum Conditions, homelessness, employment, relationships, bereavement and identity.
In addition to psychotherapy, I also provide supervision to individuals and groups.
