From personal experience, I know how hard it can sometimes be to cope with life on life's terms. But, I have learned, and firmly believe, we all have the capacity to heal, change and grow. In early sessions, conversation and dialogue helps us establish a trusting therapeutic relationship, a shared understanding of what you want from therapy, and to create a way of working or treatment plan that is unique to you. Methods from a wide range of psychotherapeutic approaches are used; some of which are listed below under "therapies offered."
You may have tried to cope on your own or to talk with family or friends. You may be feeling embarrassed or scared about reaching out for help. Remamber you are not alone. I currently work face-to-face with clients in Glasgow/ East Dunbaronshire, but also work safely and ethically online, having completed NCS and ACTO accredited training courses.
