I have over 19 years experience working with organisations such as Mind, Sail Derbyshire and Priory amongst others and have extensive experience of dealing with anxiety, depression, low self esteem, trauma, phobias, PTSD, and sexual abuse in both long or short term therapy.

The psycho-dynamic, client-centred, behaviourist, cognitive, family therapy, Gestalt therapy, object relations theories, and transactional analysis approaches are all under the umbrella in order to give the client a tailored & appropriate response.
I’ve worn many hats in my careers over the years but finally found a calling in helping people discover (or perhaps rediscover) their inner strength. I began my journey in counselling and psychotherapy in 2006 although I have always had an interest in the workings of the mind.
