I provide an integrative counselling experience. This means I utilise aspects of several models of therapy to suit individual circumstances. It is unrealistic to expect one model of therapy to work for everyone therefore, having access to several models provides an approach that may be tailored to each individual's needs. Therapy should be a collaborative experience where we work together to find the right solutions. In doing so, I hope to find long-term answers for those tired of the 'revolving door' experience of counselling with symptoms being temporarily relieved but continually recurring.
I offer an approach, based on a foundation of trust and empathy, combining traditional talking therapies with more experiential approaches. I specialise in working with those coping with trauma, relationship issues and those who struggle with pornography addictions. I offer on-line counselling where appropriate.
I believe that inner-healing comes from the integration of our mind and body. Our unique individuality means that we all have different needs and through our counselling relationship we can explore what is right for you.
