I specialise in working alongside clients who identify as neurodivergent, and who are looking for support from a counsellor who understands how neurodiversity can mean unique challenges in managing mental health and in seeking help. I have experience working with clients with a range of challenges, including anxiety, low-mood, gender dysphoria, and others. I work in a client-centred way, meaning that our sessions will focus on your challenges, your needs, and your goals at all times. I will act as a guide and a partner in your journey, but you will always be in the driving seat.
As a person-centred counsellor I take my clients as a whole individual, rather than a set of symptoms or challenges. This means that your needs and your unique experiences are paramount in how we work, I will give you support that is as individual as you are. I offer a space for you to feel safe and supported in exploring whatever challenges you are facing.

I am available for online sessions and offer a half-price introductory call for prospective clients.
