Core Process Psychotherapy is built on an embodied exploration and sharing of how it is to be uniquely you. By slowing down and taking some refuge from life’s momentum, we can bring awareness to each passing moment, whatever arises.
Core Process can be used to help with depression, anxiety, trauma, spiritual crises, relationship issues, or just an unnamed felt sense of unease or lostness.
I have a background in music and the arts, so I enjoy working in the territories of creativity and imagination; paintings, songs, poetry and dreams are very welcome. I look for and embrace the humour and joy which I believe is inherent in humanity, both of which bring us home to warmth, compassion and connection.
