I am currently taking on clients with phone call and video call therapy for people who are isolating and socially distancing themselves.
About
I work with Anxiety, Stress and Depression. I also specialize in Domestic abuse, Young people and Children, and Relationship counselling. I work from a very private and confidential office, I can come to your home for 'home visits', or can do walk and talk from a location of your choice. In addition to my private practice I have a wealth of experience of working with children/young adults 11-25 years old. First session consists of assessment and setting goals for therapy and agreeing on best times and dates for future sessions. I offer short term and long term therapy.
I was a volunteer at Off the Record from 2012-2018. This was working with 11-25 year olds as well as parents of the children/young adults.
I am very passionate about the work that I do. I believe each person is a unique and valuable individual and my approach is tailored to their individual needs. I have a very handsome Great Dane if anyone wishes me to bring him into the room, he is very tame and insured for Animal assisted therapy.
