I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist and experienced counsellor located in Guildford. I offer a gentle, safe, supportive, confidential and non-judgemental space to explore a wide range of challenges that might feel unsettling to discuss with the outside world. Life brings many challenges and it could be that you think you have lost your way, feel that you have underachieved, find relationships difficult or are hampered by unresolved conflicts from the past. Or none of these. My consulting room is a short distance from Guildford High Street and the station. It is a quiet, uninterrupted and discrete setting.
The consulting room
This is a talking therapy which helps to make sense of complicated emotional reactions and thoughts, supporting you to live life more fully. Psychodynamic Psychotherapy is an evidence based therapy that explores the connection between past experiences, the unconscious mind and your current mindset. I'm accredited by all the recognised professional bodies.
I'm easy to talk to and please do reach out for a free fifteen minute phone call. This is chance to introduce, we can then decide on the best way forward. Initially there is a full consultation lasting 50 mins, after which I'd either offer once weekly sessions (50 mins) for an unlimited duration or a fixed 12 week duration consisting once weekly sessions.
