I will support you with issues ranging from anxiety to anger, bereavement to low mood. I specialise in relationships, working with individuals and couples on infidelity, intimacy, communication, relationship anxiety, family interactions and more. I also specialise in compulsive sexual behaviours ("sex addiction"). We will work through your challenges in the here and now, whilst also understanding the root causes. Together, we will also explore what a happy future may look like. I will support you as a couple whether your objective is to improve the relationship, decide whether to stay together or need help separating amicably.
I will firstly look to put you at ease and make you feel comfortable. I will try to understand what it is like to walk in your shoes, as no two people are the same . I do though also believe in playing an active role in therapy and so will work with you to explore ways of making things feel better and help identify solutions where you are stuck.
I welcome everyone, regardless of gender, age, ethnicity, sexuality or religious belief. If you are coming as a couple, I will ensure that I listen to both perspectives so you each feel heard.
