I am here to support you with a wide range of issues from anxiety to anger, bereavement to low mood. I specialise in relationships, working with individuals and couples on infidelity, intimacy, communications, relationship anxiety, wider family dilemmas and many more. I also specialise in compulsive sexual behaviours ("sex addiction"). I will work with you to address your challenges in the here and now, whilst also helping to shed a light on the root causes. Together, we will also explore what a happy future may look like. No two people are the same and so my counselling offer is bespoke for you rather than an off the shelf model.
I will firstly look to put you at ease and make you feel comfortable. I will try to understand what it is like to walk in your shoes, as no two people are the same . I do though also believe in playing an active role in therapy and so will work with you to explore ways of making things feel better and help identify solutions where you are stuck.
