Hello, I’m Andrea, I am so happy to welcome you here. Let me guide you through the Counselling services I am offering. I have extensive experience working with adults and young people (aged 16+) and I am passionate about helping clients navigate life's challenges so they can be free to live their happiest and most authentic lives. I am able to support clients dealing with a wide range of issues, including domestic abuse, childhood trauma, depression, anxiety, illness, bullying, relationship problems, and bereavement amongst others.
I offer one-on-one sessions that can be tailored to your needs, whether you prefer meeting face-to-face in my practice or connecting online from the comfort of your own home. Sessions are available both during the day and in the evening, so you can be sure to fit in this valuable time for yourself around other commitments.
My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you can openly share your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs. All sessions are confidential, empathic, and non-judgemental and you will be listened to and heard with the upmost respect and valuing. My role is to support you on a journey of self-discovery towards finding balance and peace of mind.
