People come to me for my life experience, compassion and my ability to get to the heart of what matters, at a pace that works for you.
I offer short or long term support - happy to agree a frequency of sessions that works for you. Support is tailored to your needs and preferences. We may start with talking. Other days we may do things differently, focussing e.g. on where you are at in your body, using metaphor or moving into a 1-1 constellations exercise. Always with your agreement.
