Welcome to Amber Therapy, I’m Andrea and I have been growing Amber Therapy here in Croxley Green, Hertfordshire since 2015. I like being listened to, I appreciate being heard. I specialise in anxiety, panic attacks and emotional regulation with young people and adults. Having my own struggles with anxiety as a teenager and on into my adult life, I wish I had found the support I needed much sooner than I did. “Be the person you needed when you were younger” A quote by Ayesha Siddiqi that shifted my perspective.
Your anxiety will be individual to you, we can work together to unpack thoughts and feelings, past experiences, present difficulties to help you understand what might be causing your anxiety and find the best approach to help you cope and manage it, to live a more relaxed life through talking therapy and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)
