I offer expert online Supervision to other therapists and specialise with people on the Autistic spectrum and with ADHD. I see children, teens and adults. Creative psychotherapy helps people think, feel and express ourselves in a less guarded way. Through an established and effective approach you are helped to feel at ease. When facing problems it can be difficult to be openly verbal as unconscious defences can deflect true feelings. Psychotherapy has adapted by integrating techniques that draw on creativity to explore difficult or intangible thoughts and feelings.
You don't need to have any special ability in such 'Arts' - they are just helpful tools aiding access to the unconscious and getting straight to the root of an issue. We will together then set about transforming harmful narratives in an environment that is safe and facilitating.
I have 20 years experience of exploring people’s inner worlds. My work is ultimately to empower you, and I will facilitate you to find the wisdom of your own self and find the answers that reside in you. Even if right now you feel lost and can't hear or trust your inner voice.
