As a qualified integrative psychotherapist, I offer a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space where you can explore the challenges you’re facing at your own pace. Together, we’ll work to find the strategies and insights that best support your wellbeing — whether you’re seeking short-term guidance or a longer journey of growth and healing. My goal is for you to feel respected, heard, and understood — because every person is worthy of care, compassion, and the chance to heal.
My integrative approach is rooted in a pluralistic integration model as my way of working collaboratively with you and offering shared decision-making. It allows me to draw from person-centred, existential psychotherapy, reality therapy, psychodynamic, and cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) and providing the best routes for your individual needs.
I offer a free 15mins consultation online so we can meet each other and see if we are a good fit. The sessions can be online or face-to-face in Hamilton. The cost of an individual session is £60.
