When searching for a therapist/ starting therapy, it can be a daunting experience but extremely liberating once you begin your journey. As a qualified integrative psychotherapist I offer a welcoming, warm, safe space where we explore the challenges you have been facing and seek the best strategies that may support you to find relief, whether this is for a short while or longer term, I am able to journey alongside you. It is very important to me that my clients feel respected, heard, understood, and validated. I see every client as a person of worth, in need of support and understanding to heal and move forward from their difficulty.
My integrative approach is rooted in a pluralistic integration model as my way of working collaboratively with you and offering shared decision-making. It allows me to draw from person-centred, existential psychotherapy, reality therapy, psychodynamic, and cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) and providing the best routes for your individual needs.
I offer a free 15mins consultation online so we can meet each other and see if we are a good fit. The sessions can be online or face-to-face in Hamilton. The cost of an individual session is £60.
