Need to find the right person to talk to? If you have only just started to look for help you maybe feeling confused or even overwhelmed by the choice of therapies and therapists available - I understand and am here to help. I work with a wide range of concerns including complex and longstanding conditions, such as anxiety disorders, depression, personality disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, alcohol/drug/gambling addiction, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, bipolar affective disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, and psychosis.
I integrate a number of therapeutic models whilst adopting a tailored approach to every situation. Models Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Mindfulness, psychodynamic person centred therapy. I am also able to offer specialised assessments for diagnostic and/or clinical purposes.
My aim is to help you to meet your needs and support you through the journey of achieving your goals and reaching your full potential. I believe therapy is a crucial element in the management of both mental and physical health. I believe that through therapy, you can develop emotional awareness and growth, and subsequently live the life you seek.
