I’m a registered cognitive-behavioural psychotherapist specializing in narcissism. I help my clients build adaptive narcissism, supporting their pursuit of excellence while ensuring they maintain a balanced personal life. I also work with those in relationships with people who have narcissistic traits, helping them manage relational stress and conflict.
I provide psychological interventions to adults dealing with a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, complex trauma, work-related stress, and relationship difficulties. I tailor my approach to work effectively with diverse learning styles, attention levels, and processing differences.
I take a goal-oriented approach, focused on addressing the root causes of difficulties and creating practical strategies for meaningful, lasting change.
