Online integrative adult, children (10+) and young people counsellor with a purpose of supporting you on your life’s journey. I work with clients who have or suspect they have autism. With a background in parent-child relationships, attachment and intergenerational trauma, I offer compassionate and empathic support with difficulties such as anxiety, depression, family issues, anger, self-harm and suicidal thoughts to name just a few. Deeply valuing the importance of the therapeutic relationship, I will work with you and at your pace to help you understand yourself better and feel more secure and accepted in your relationships.
Each person is unique and I use a number of psychological theoretical approaches to find what works best for you. Together, we will explore how the past has affected the present and what you can do in the here and now to change your future. I offer short-term and long-term counselling depending on your needs.
