Hi, I’m Amy, a BACP Registered Integrative Counsellor providing therapy for adults online and in person in Taunton and North Petherton. I offer a warm, compassionate, and inclusive space where you can explore whatever feels important to you, without judgement or pressure.
I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, overwhelm, relationship difficulties, and identity-related challenges. I have a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent adults, including those who are autistic, ADHD, late-diagnosed, self-identifying, or exploring what neurodivergence means for them.
My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming, drawing on person-centred and relational therapies. I tailor counselling to your unique needs, helping you make sense of difficult experiences, build self-understanding, and move towards a life that feels more authentic, empowered, and fulfilling.
Sessions are available online throughout the UK and in person in Somerset. I work at your pace, valuing your lived experience and supporting meaningful, lasting change.
