Hello, I'm Amy, I am a dedicated person centered counsellor with personal experience in bereavement, I also have experience working with all life issues, anxiety, depression, relationship issues for instance, or if you are feeling overwhelmed or struggling.
I feel I am in a unique position to understand the struggles of life and being bereaved as I have encountered many of these myself, I can offer you a working relationship that is respectful and genuine as I have a passion to support you, I offer a warm friendly, non-judgmental environment for you to safely explore your emotions.
