Having previously worked as a midwife in the NHS I am passionate about supporting women and their families through life's transitions. This includes the process of becoming parents, children leaving home and menopause.

I specialise in supporting those with birth trauma, sexual trauma, miscarriage, stillbirth and menopause. I work with individuals and couples providing support for a range of issues.

Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, and I’m here to offer personalised support that truly considers your unique story and what you need from me. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you can explore what’s weighing on you. I believe that you already hold the answers to your challenges within yourself, and I’m here to help you uncover them.
