Being an integrative therapist simply means I use a range of theoretical models tailored to your needs. This can aid your understanding of yourself and ultimately make new decisions in life. My practice is trauma informed, neurodiverse and LGBTQI+ affirming, and underpinned by a commitment to meet you where you are in this moment.
