Hi, I’m Amy, an integrative therapist working both online and in person in the Wokingham area.
I provide a safe and non judgemental space for you to share whatever brings you to therapy. I am able to work with a range of issues including trauma, stress and anxiety, low self esteem, childhood trauma, self defeating behaviours, relationship issues. (I do not work with couples).
I qualified with a Level 5 Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling and am a registered member MBACP with the BACP. I offer long and short term therapy.
As an integrative therapist, I recognise that individuals may respond best to a tailored blend of different therapeutic approaches. I can work using person-centred (in the here & now) Psycho Dynamic (exploring childhood) and CBT (focus on behaviour & thought patterns, using practical tools).
I believe that every human is beautifully unique and deserves to experience therapy that is as individual as they are. I would be delighted to walk alongside you in your journey of self discovery and healing.
