I am an experienced therapist and clinical supervisor who works with clients of all ages with variety of issues and goals. Whether something has been troubling you for a long time of you are finding yourself faced with new difficulties, I can offer an approach tailored to your needs. Perhaps you are suffering from anxiety or depression, unable to break unhelpful patterns in thoughts, behaviours and relationships or you are seeking to raise your self-esteem and make positive changes? Working with a therapist in a safe, non-judgmental and confidential environment can empower you to regain control of your life.
I work with all ages and genders and have specific training and experience working with those from the LGBTQ+/GSRD community and young people age 11+. Although I am a CBT therapist - I work using an integrative approach which includes using creative tools and I use a strong evidence base to tailor this to each individual client's needs.
Reaching out for help is not always an easy thing to do. Choosing the right therapist is an important part of therapy and I offer a free consultation with no obligations . I treat every enquiry with sensitivity and compassion and endeavour to create a space that promotes autonomy, connection and growth.
