Hi my name is Amy, I understand that seeking help can be scary, especially if you have felt let down in the past or you haven't ever opened up to anyone before. Healing takes time and I will be alongside you for as long as it takes to feel safe and secure in expressing difficult and painful life experiences and feelings. I won't ever try to force you to open up, sometimes I might suggest using creative tools to express how you feel if you are finding it hard to put things into words. My approach is tailored to you and what you are comfortable doing.
I am able to work across all ages covering a wide range of psychological, emotional and social difficulties. I am able to offer 1:1 sessions on a regular basis. Sessions usually last for 50Mins but this can be adapted to your needs.
