I specialise in supporting women who’ve been affected by emotionally difficult or unsafe relationships, as well as those who’ve experienced unwanted sexual experiences. You may feel that past experiences are still interfering with your life, maybe you feel stuck, full of self-doubt, anxious, ashamed, people-pleasing, or unsure who you are anymore.

My approach is gentle, integrative and trauma-informed. I blend counselling with somatic work, nervous-system regulation and occasionally hypnotherapy to help ease shame, calm overwhelm, rebuild inner safety and gain a strong sense of identity. Every session is guided by what feels manageable for you at a pace that's right for you.
