I offer a relational, talking psychotherapy, which is informed by my training and practice in psychodynamic integrative psychotherapy, dance movement therapy and body psychotherapy. This means that in our work together I may invite you to bring your awareness to your felt sense, your body, and your breath.
I am a UKCP Accredited Psychotherapist. I offer a confidential space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and any challenges of life and relationships you may be experiencing. We do this at a pace determined by you, and I hold you within a frame of acceptance and non-judgement.
I have a strong sense that a greater understanding of ourselves, our relationships, and our experiences, can be both transformative and reparative. I believe this to be what psychotherapy offers, and what I may offer you.
