Perhaps you’re here because life feels overwhelming, or you have the sense that you’re not good enough or even that you’re ‘too much’. Whatever has led you to therapy, I aim to offer a non-judgemental space where you can feel safe enough to explore your experiences. I believe that when we’re met with care in a warm relationship we can process emotions that might initially feel too intense. Thus, helping you feel more grounded, understood and connected to yourself and others. I have supported people experiencing a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, divorce, sexual assault, infertility, pregnancy and parenthood.
Therapy can be a space to explore how past relationships and experiences might be influencing you today. We might also reflect on how your identity, and the way the world responds to it, affects your sense of self. Therapy isn’t about ‘fixing’ you, rather it’s an opportunity for deeper understanding and imagining what new ways of being might look like.
In our work, I’ll meet you with honesty, compassion and maybe a gentle challenge here and there to invite deeper exploration. I offer a free 30-minute phone consultation to explore what working together might look like. To help make therapy more accessible, I offer reduced fees for people who are on parental leave, students, refugees or unemployed.
