As a relational practitioner, my aim is to provide a warm and real relationship in which I attune to you and your emotional needs. Together we'll cultivate your self-insight, & try to make sense of what's happened to help you move forward.
I work from a trauma-aware lens. I am led by you and where you are at this time. There is no pressure because we can work short, mid or long term.
I specialise in developing a relationship with you based on realness, warmth & trust, so that you can talk about your trauma, mental health, and overwhelming or complex thoughts & emotions. Through our therapeutic relationship, the unconscious will emerge; how you have unconsciously positioned yourself in life, and the feelings that have been repressed.
You are a whole person, so we'll consider all aspects of your Being. I want you to feel safe and appreciated. You are an incredible, unique person! At times, some memories and feelings are so painful, and words don't come easy. But we'll find ways to get to the heart of the issues, to make sense of the past and get to know the real you.
