I work with clients seeking a deeper understanding of themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that shape how they relate to others. Many come to therapy to improve communication, navigate relationship difficulties, or break cycles of behaviour that no longer serve them. Using Transactional Analysis and psychodynamic theory, I help clients identify unhelpful patterns, explore their origins, and understand their impact in the present. This greater self-awareness can lead to healthier relationships, improved communication, and more choice in how they respond to life's challenges.
My approach is integrative, drawing on Transactional Analysis, psychodynamic, CBT, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I tailor therapy to your individual needs, helping you develop insight, challenge unhelpful patterns, and make meaningful changes in your life and relationships.
