Sometimes life is a bit shit right? The good news is that it doesn't need to stay that way.
Being human can be hard, distressing and worrying for lots of different reasons. Therapy can help you to navigate these difficulties by sharing how you are feeling, understanding more about what is going on for you, why it is so hard and learning new ways to take care of yourself and your needs - so you can get more of what you want in life.
How does it work though? Therapy works by having a relationship with your therapist where you feel safe, seen and nurtured. Together we can process the past, develop new coping skills, gain deeper awareness, self compassion and achieve a greater sense of well-being. A long the way there may be tears, laughter, and a bit of swearing.
My job is to listen to you, so if you need to be heard get in touch.
I am happy to offer a free 30 min chat, with no obligation, for both of us to see if we want to work together. This is an opportunity for you to tell me what you want out of therapy. Don't worry if you don't really know, we can explore that.
