Hi I am Amy. I work with people who are ready to begin a journey of deep self-discovery. Those who sense they’re not living in alignment, who feel life doesn’t quite match what they hoped for or imagined. People who may have experiences things they find challenging and who feel the pull to change and live more fully, even if they’re not yet sure what it looks like. I offer a compassionate, grounded space where clients can reconnect with their courage and inner wisdom. Together, we go deep into intentional, grounded work that is underpinned by effective psychological approaches along with my clinical experience of over 17 years.
I have more than 16 years of clinical experience from working in mental health services in the NHS and the Local Authority. At the centre of my work is an understanding that being curious, present and compassionate are essential practices to support you moving forward. I believe healing and change require loving attention, skilled holding and time.
What I offer is a space of holding which will support you to learn how to support and empower yourself and embed practices that work into your life. I don't offer a quick fix. I offer space for something deeper, a space where insight turns into empowered and lasting transformation that isn’t rushed, but rooted.
