Life can evoke a variety of emotions and struggles. I work with individuals and couples across the UK remotely. I care passionately about the needs of my clients to empower you to move forwards in your life wherever you path is currently at. Life is sometimes full of difficulties and uncertainties we can feel overwhelmed by loss, trauma, body image, addictions, relationship issues and problems in our workplace or home life to name a few. I work in a non-judgmental supportive manner helping you to explore & understand your thoughts & emotions. I have some concession rates available on a sliding scale.
I am a qualified integrative counsellor and have met BACP & NHS educational standards. I support clients with depression, relationship problems, eating disorders, anger problems, gender issues & childhood traumas to name a few. I draw upon a variety of approaches to suit you. I offer a free initial telephone or zoom call together.
Each individual is unique & you have the answers within to make the decisions right for you wherever you are at. I can help you to have an understanding of your behaviour & an awareness of your presenting problems e.g depression, work or relationship problems. By looking at your life together, we can address experiences & pain to help you move forwards.
