I’m a psychotherapist supporting individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, burnout, people-pleasing, relationship difficulties and coercive control. If you feel isolated, question your reality, feel disconnected from your true self due to patterns of self-abandonment, or have lost trust in yourself, you don’t have to face it alone. Warmly welcoming all neurotypes in a compassionate, collaborative and non-judgemental space. My post-qualification training includes advanced certifications in trauma (NAPAC), domestic abuse (SSCP) and neurodiversity. Together, we will share a safe space to explore your experiences at your own pace.

My approach is deeply person-centred, integrating psychological concepts and strengths-based perspectives. Within our collaborative relationship, we can safely explore experiences of relationship difficulties, coercive control, trauma, anxiety and burnout, warmly welcoming all neurotypes in a safe space focused on your own inner voice.
