I'm delighted to connect with you as an HCPC registered Arts Therapist (Drama and Movement Therapist). I graduated from Royal Central School of Speech and Drama where I trained in using drama, movement, and symbolism as therapeutic tools for self-discovery. Over my 7 years working in mental health, I've honed an approach that feels creative, embodied, and most importantly - safe. If you feel stuck in old narratives or ready to process past trauma, I'm here to listen without judgement and companion you on your journey toward healing. My goal is to provide a warm, affirming environment where we can explore your inner world.
I use creative arts and somatic practices through disability justice, trauma-informed, embodied, and anti-oppressive lenses to help clients safely process trauma, reconnect with their bodies, express emotions, re-author limiting narratives, and integrate experiences into empowerment. My arts-based provides an accessible, compassionate space for healing.
As someone who has faced my own challenges, I know how hard it can be to reach out. If you're seeking a therapist to help process complex emotions or old narratives in an accessible, compassionate space, I'm here. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you feel heard, seen, and able to begin the healing journey.
