I'm a Clinical Psychologist who provides support to individuals across the lifespan to improve mental health and wellbeing. I have experience assessing and working with people who experience anxiety, panic, stress, depression, OCD, low self-esteem, anger, attachment/relational difficulties, challenging behaviour, trauma and PTSD/Complex PTSD. I am currently a clinical lead in a specialist NHS service supporting children and adolescents, with additional training for adapting therapy to this client group. I also have experience supporting neurodiverse individuals with mental health needs.
I'm integrative in my practice and can use a wide range of interventions to suit the individual. This may include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Cognitive Therapy for PTSD, EMDR Therapy, as well as approaches drawing on developmental, behavioural and systemic models.
I am highly passionate about working collaboratively to help individuals understand their difficulties and to live meaningful, fulfilling lives. I love working with clients from all kinds of backgrounds and with varying needs. I'm highly experienced in supporting children and adolescents.
