Help to Navigate Parental Estrangement
This is a supportive group for parents estranged from their children, no matter their age. This small, intimate group (eight) offers a safe space to process the pain, distress, isolation, and shame that estrangement can cause. Together, we'll ensure you feel heard, validated, and supported. We'll collaborate to explore pathways toward acceptance, healing, or simply the relief of voicing your emotions in a compassionate, understanding environment. This group runs for six months, with new groups starting thereafter, ensuring ongoing support for those seeking connection and healing. £35per session.
