I work with neurodivergent individuals and those who feel they don’t quite fit in. Many come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or exhausted from masking and trying to meet expectations that don’t suit them. They may struggle with anxiety, low self-worth, or feeling misunderstood. I support adults and young people across the UK through online therapy, including those with ADHD, autism, or exploring whether they may be neurodivergent.
Time outdoors with my dogs helps me stay grounded and supports the calm, reflective approach I bring to my work.
