About
Sometimes in life we come across challenges that are too big to manage and cope with by ourselves. We can feel 'stuck' lost and isolated with our problems, unable to find a way forward. There could be a heavy weight of unhappiness and you are unable to pinpoint why. Past events could be affecting the way you are in the world today. Anxiety and worry may be holding you back from experiencing life and relationships in the way that you want to.
I can offer you a supportive, confidential environment where you are able to explore the issues that are affecting your life. Working together so you can begin to understand yourself better, look at behaviours and patterns that are holding you back. Being able to talk to somebody neutral without judgement can give you clarity and insight.
Seeking counselling and reaching out to a stranger for support can feel uncomfortable. I can assure you I will greet you with compassion and understanding. Reaching out for help takes courage. This is the first step realising you don't want to struggle alone, to start making changes to the way you feel so you can live a happier more fulfilled life.
