I work with adults who have experienced trauma and complex trauma, particularly coercive control, domestic violence, trafficking, exploitation, and high-control environments. I also specialise in dissociative disorders, including DID and other complex presentations. Clients may have experienced prolonged trauma, manipulation, identity disruption, or difficulties with safety, trust, and autonomy. My practice is BAME and LGBTQIA+ affirmative, offering a relational, trauma-informed space. I work collaboratively and experientially to support safety, stability, understanding, and connection at a manageable pace.
I offer 1:1 online trauma-focused therapy internationally (50 mins), using a person-centred, integrative approach. I provide SCID-D assessments, diagnostic support, and collaborative treatment planning for dissociative disorders, alongside 100-minute extended sessions for deeper DID work, grounded in 26+ years’ NHS and private practice experience.
