Sometimes it is difficult for us to understand and cope and the circumstances surrounding us do not allow us to explore . Sharing thoughts and feelings has been one of the most refreshing, relaxing techniques. A lot can be achieved if it is done in the company of a trustworthy, experienced, trained professional, who is willing to be a part of your world. You will be bringing and sharing yourself with me. I will listen, understand and walk along with you on your journey of finding your way through the paths you find difficult to walk on. I will help you build a comfortable environment for yourself, without being judgemental .
I am an integrative Counsellor based in Cambridge. I am trained as a Humanistic Counsellor. I work to suit your needs, be they long or short-term. I have worked with children, young people, and adults in various settings. I work with a variety of different clients from different backgrounds, ethnicities, sexual orientations, spiritual/ religious beliefs.
I have been associated with Lifeline mental health helpline, and Open Door Counselling. Have also worked with the well-being team at Anglia Ruskin University Cambridge. Am currently associated with Cruse Bereavement Support .I work Monday to Friday ( mornings, afternoons, and evenings) and if needed can also offer sessions on weekends.
