As a Counsellor I specialise in Couple & Individual Counselling. I have experience of working with a wide range of issues like Affairs, Communication Breakdown, Conflict, Abuse, Trauma and etc. Areas of speciality include working with any issues with couples, depression, anxiety and trauma. I work with each person's uniqueness in diverse situations including supporting each individual to find more satisfying ways to manage the challenges they are experiencing such as Anxiety, Low Mood, Depression or even Bereavement . I also offer Supervision to counsellors and those in the helping professions.
I am a COSCA Practitioner Member. I have PG Diploma in Psychological Wellbeing, Counselling & Psychotherapy. I have a Diploma in Relationship Counselling and Counselling Couples & Individuals for the past 11 years. I can offer a safe and non-judgemental environment for Individuals and Couples to explore their issues by using different intervention.
I provide an accepting and non-judgemental space to process clients or couples thoughts, feelings and behaviours and help them to make sense what is going around for them. I focus on clients issues by listening to them by creating the safe space environment and focus on clients genuineness, acceptance and non-judgemental curiosity.
