Exhausted from holding it all together? Maybe you're feeling lost or unsure of what you actually need. Maybe you're tired in a way that rest doesn't seem to fix. Whatever you are going through, you don't have to do it alone. I'm Amber, and you're in the right place. Many people I work with come in feeling like they’ve been holding it all together on the outside, while inside they’re actually falling apart. Therapy with me is a space to put it all down, the heaviness, the self-doubt, the “I should be coping by now” thoughts, without fear of being judged. It is a space to reconnect with yourself and get your spark back.
Together, we’ll slow things down, explore what’s really going on underneath, and start untangling the patterns that keep you stuck. You’ll be met with empathy, respect, and, when it helps, a touch of humour, because sometimes a small spark of light makes the heavy things easier to face.
I offer person-centred therapy in the heart of Edinburgh, which means I follow your lead. You'll be met with warmth, directness, and a touch of humour when it fits. I'm MBACP qualified with a Masters in Counselling. I know reaching out can be scary but feel free get in touch. I would love to hear from you!
