Hi I'm Amber, and I’m a qualified psychotherapist with a first-class BA (Hons) degree in Integrative-Relational Counselling. I have experience in working with a diverse range of topics, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, family conflicts, ADHD, parenthood and trauma. In addition to private practice, I have a number of years of experience working as an in-house psychotherapist within a busy GP practice. I provide online sessions for clients throughout the UK, as well as in-person sessions in Twickenham (TW2) and Richmond (TW9).
My counselling style draws on a range of psychological theories, including Psychodynamic, Person-Centred, CBT, Polyvagal, Somatic, Existential, Gestalt and Mindfulness. I believe therapy should be as unique as you are, and this approach allows me to collaboratively tailor how I can best support you so you get the most from your sessions.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step. My hope is to create a warm, safe and welcoming space where you can explore whatever you like at the pace that feels most comfortable to you.
