I offer creative sessions in two private therapy clinics. Each therapy room is full of creative materials such as paints, pastels, postcard images, sand tray, objects and collage materials. Young people can talk or make art, or both! Whatever feels comfortable for them. I work face-to-face in Harlow & Stanstead Abbotts or online.
I am warm, friendly & joyful. I love working with Children, Teenagers and Parents because families are a forever system of support for life challenges. When someone is struggling it affects the whole family, not just that individual. We will take time to look at the whole picture together to see where Therapy might be able to help your family.
